Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for enrollment at Pharmaguideline.
If you are not completelt satisfied with the enrollment in the Pharmaguideline course, we advise you to check our refund policy. The following terms and conditions are applicable for any enrollment that you done with us.

Your Enrollment Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your enrollment within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an enrollment is 7 days from the date on which you enrolled yourself. In order to get any refund, you must inform us about your enrollment cancellation by means of a clear statement. You need to inform us by sending us an email to courses@pharmaguideline.com.

We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the course cancellation and refund request. We will use the same payment method for refund that you used for the order, and any fee  will not be charged for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Enrollment Cancellation

To cancel your enrollment and get a refund, please make sure that:
  • The courses should be enrolled in the last 7 days
  • The course should not be viewed more than two chapter/modules.
  • The courses viewed will not be entertained for a refund.


We reserve the right to refuse a enrollment cancelation and refund of any course that fails to meet the above written conditions. Only regular priced courses may be refunded.
